Mohanlal was one among the firsts to heap praises on the CM. “Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala Shri Pinarayi Vijayan announces concessions to energize Malayalam cinema,” he said in his tweet.

Megastar Mammootty also appreciated CM Pinarayi Vijayan, who came forward to revive the Malayalam film industry from the crisis.
Prithviraj Sukumaran too expressed his gratitude for the CM.

Theatres in Kerala will be opening on Wednesday (Jan 13) and interestingly Vijay’s ‘Master’ will be the curtain-raiser for the cinema halls after 10 months of shutdown.
