Addressing the rumours, the Uyare actor said, “There have been rumours floating around that I am going to be a participant in the upcoming Bigg Boss show. Yes, I was asked if I would like to be a part of it, but I had turned it down, so it’s a no.”
Anarkali, who is very active on social media, with travel vlogs, photo shoots and “song covers”, said though that she is a fan of the programme. “It’s not like I don’t watch the show; I do follow it. Who doesn’t like the bit of gossipy fun that happens there?” she said laughing.
So far, it has been more denials than any real confirmations about who will feature on the show hosted by superstar Mohanlal. Social media influencer and actor Ahaana Krishna’s sister Diya Krishna, singer Rimi Tomy and Karikku show’s Anu K Aniyan have been the popular names that have come up as possible participants among fans of the show; but they have all denied it.
The show is expected to start in mid-February.
