When it comes to celebrating bonds, Sonali Bendre is never known to hold back – whether it’s family or friends. And there is one who has been a constant in her girl-gang memories. She is clearly the actress’s bestie as Sonali often refers to her as her soul sister‘. The lady is none other than Gayatri Oberoi. Bollywood buffs will remember her as the ‘Swades‘ (2004) actress, Gayatri Joshi, who was paired opposite Shah Rukh Khan. It’s the only film she has ever done till now. The former beauty queen turned actress went on to marry business tycoon Vikas Oberoi and has two sons.
While sharing pictures of Gayatri and her, Sonali wrote: “Remembering our holiday… miss you loads @gayatrioberoi P.S. here’s to many more trips, listening to Madonna and sipping rose’.” For those in the dark, the actress was perhaps referring to her holiday at Seychelles, where she rang in the new year. Sonali had posted scenic pictures by the sea recently – they were either with soul sister Gayatri or with her family. Sharing one such picture with her husband Goldie Behl and son Ranveer, she wrote: “Star gazing on the runway (turned out to be cloudy skies but so beautifully put together) #magicalnights.”
