Samuthirakani joins the team of Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Don’

The team of Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Don‘ have been adding interesting team of actors to their cast. While it was announced that the film starring Sivakarthikeyan and Priyanka Mohan in the lead will have SJ Suryah, Soori, Munishkanth, Bala Saravanan, RJ Vijay, Sivaangi Krishnakumar, recently ace actor Samuthirakani also joined the team.

The film directed by Cibi Chakravarthi, a former associate of Atlee, will be a comedy film that will have Sivakarthikeyan in the role of an engineering student. Samuthirakani, who is touted to be playing an important role in the film, has joined the team in Coimbatore, where they are presently shooting.

In an earlier interview with us, Cibi had told us that this film will be a wholesome entertainer. He said, “This will be a fun-filled film, which has elements of romance, comedy and emotions. In fact, you can watch Sivakarthikeyan in that old meter. SK plays an engineering student… semma ragalayana student. He is a college rebel. Nothing too serious.. but there will always be that guy in our gang who keeps making fun of everything, right? He essays that kind of role.
