Jethalal asks Bapu ji if they will get a buyer soon. Tapu asks Jethalal to call Sunder mama to which Jethalal reluctantly calls him.
Jethalal calls on Sunder’s phone but his friend Bhailu picks up the phone and he says that Sunder is busy. Jethalal gets angry as he is unable to get through to Sunder.
Finally, Bhailu gets him through Sunder. Bapu ji along with Jethalal tells him about the situation and how one party has refused to pay back their Rs 50 lakh.
Jethalal tells him about their land in Bachau and that if he can help them sell it.
But Jethalal asks Sunder to not reveal their name as people in the village might not like it.
Jethalal’s friends are at the soda shop waiting for him but when he doesn’t come they all decide to visit him at his home.
All of them reach Jethalal’s home and do not want to speak about anything when Bapu ji says he knows about it.
They ask Jethalal what is the solution they have thought of. Jethalal tells them that Bapu ji wants them to sell off their ancestral piece of land.
They all heave a sigh of relief. Just then Sunder calls them back saying that he has already found a buyer for his land. Sunder says he will come the next day and that buyer will make the payment of Rs 75 lakh immediately. Jethalal, Bapu ji and others become really happy.
