She further adds, “As an actor, we dedicate a lot of our time to a TV show so when it goes off air it certainly affects us. However, it also gives us a chance to meet and connect with wonderful and like-minded people. In a span of a short time, we all gelled very well as became friends, and had an amazing time and fun while shooting. Even though this was a short stint I would like to thank the show makers who helped me to explore and challenge myself as an actor.”
When asked Kajal about her next project, she quickly retorts, “I’ve always believed in destiny and it has always bestowed me with interesting roles over the years. While there’s something in the pipeline which I would talk about when things are in place. Post the lockdown when I was planning to make a comeback after a gap of two years, it was to be with the show Naagin 5. However, things didn’t materialise and my track was shelved. Soon I got a call for the show Durga and all fell into place. So I’m hoping that things will soon fall into place and I return to the small screen to entertain my audience.”
