Father-son duo Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan set to break box office records with ”Acharya”

When you speak of fantastic father-son actor duos, two names are unmissable – megastar Chiranjeevi and his son, mega power star Ram Charan. The two heroes enjoy supreme stardom across India and are finally sharing screen space for the first time in a full-length feature film, ”Acharya”. While the movie had piqued everyone’s interest from day one, Ram Charan’s addition to the cast has raised the anticipation levels. Fans have waited for the longest time to see the dashing duo spell magic on screen, and their association makes ”Acharya” one of the most awaited films of 2021.

Chiranjeevi has been a bonafide megastar for more than four decades now. He made his presence felt in some of the biggest commercial money-spinners some of which turned out to be huge landmarks in the history of Indian cinema. On the other hand, his son Ram Charan catapulted into the league of superstars with a terrific performance in the blockbuster ”Magadheera”. The baap-beta had been waiting for a fabulous offer to share celluloid space, but things hadn’t worked in their favour till ”Acharya” came along. With a brilliant storyline backing their association, this is a sure shot box office winner in hand.

Previously, Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan were seen doing cameos in each other’s projects, whether it’s ”Magadheera” or ”Bruce Lee” or ”Khaidi No. 150”, a film that happened to be Chiru’s comeback film. ”Acharya” will be the first-ever movie where the two stars have joined hands together for longer individual innings.

Both of them have enjoyed supreme love from the audience and filmgoers. With ”Acharya”, love has only multiplied. No other father-son duo in the country can boast of a bigger fan following together than Ram and Chiru. With SS Rajamouli’s ”RRR” releasing right after, Ram Charan is en route to becoming one of the biggest pan-India heroes we have today! ”Acharya”, produced jointly by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy, is currently in the making. The Koratala Siva directorial was shot with extreme precautions in place to ensure the safety of the entire cast and crew. Mani Sharma has been roped in to compose the tunes for this flick, with Tirru cranking the camera and Naveen Nooli doing the edits. The film also has Kajal Aggarwal, Pooja Hegde, Sonu Sood, Saurav Lokesh, Kishore, Tanikella Bharani and Ajay.
