Bhavini Purohit visited Jaipur with her fiancé Dhaval Dave
The couple spent almost five days here, exploring the city markets and satiating their taste buds with authentic Rajasthani delicacies. She says, “Both of us are big time foodies and love to gorge on a variety of delicacies. Since Jaipur is known for its food, a visit to some of its old food joints was always on our minds. We relished the famous pyaaj ki kachori and ghewar, and got it packed for Mumbai too.”
Any trip to Jaipur is incomplete without shopping, and Bhavini picked up some stuff from the famous Bapu Bazaar. Bhavini shares, “I have been to Jaipur but never got a chance to visit the old markets. What was most fascinating was to see the old shops painted in the same pink colour, which gives such a unique character to the city. In fact, this has allured me so much that I want to come again and visit the old markets of the city.”Bhavini and Dhaval have plans to get married this year. “We were supposed to get married last year but the COVID-19 pandemic spoiled all our plans and we had to postpone the wedding. If everything goes well, we will get married this year,” she shares.
