Jethalal prays to God that everything goes smoothly. Just then it is shown that Bagga enters the Gokuldham society and spots Bhogi Lal’s car. He gets happy thinking that Jethalal has got his money back.
He enters Jethalal’s house dancing and everyone is in utter shock. Jethalal asks Bhide who invited Bagga here. He feels now their plan has failed.
Bagga asks Bhogi Lal if he is here to make payment to his seth ji. Bhogi Lal recognises Bagga that he works for Jethalal.
Champak chacha and Mehta make him understand that he should leave and they don’t know who he is.
Bagga understands and gets to leave but Bhogi Lal realises that it is a trap set for him.
He asks his guards to catch hold of Bagga. Realising that there is no way out, Jethalal comes out of the room with Bhide, Sodhi. He confronts Bhogi Lal but the latter says he will not give the property papers to them and asks his bodyguards to attack Gokuldham wasis.
Jethalal tells Bhogi Lal that Sunder is his jijaji and that they are his family members. Sodhi and Sunder beat up the guards and Madhavi throws chilli in the eyes of the bodyguards.
They all tie them up but in this chaos, Bhogi Lal sneaks out the property papers from Champak chacha’s bag.
He threatens all of them with a gun and says he will take Jethalal’s ancestral land and will not pay his Rs 50 lakh as well.
He puts them at gunpoint and gets to leave with his lawyer. Just then the photo frame of dada ji falls on Bhogi Lal’s hand and the gun falls on the ground. Bhogi Lal and his lawyer run out of the house locking all of the insides.
