Jethalal, Bhide and Sodhi are shocked to know that Bhogi Lal is not facing any financial crunch rather he has duped him of Rs 50 lakh.
Jethalal asks Sunder to disconnect the phone. After this, he asks Sunder if the name of his party is Bhogi Lal, he says yes. Jethalal, Bhide and Sodhi then tell Sodhi about Bhogi Lal’s catchphrase: Bhagwan Sabka Bhala Kare Par Shuruat Muhse Kare’. Then Jethalal tells him about everything. Sunder doesn’t believe them and then Jethalal asks him to call up Bhogi Lal again.
Bhogi Lal tells him to get the deal cracked at the earliest as he doesn’t want to let go of the land next to the highway.
Bapu ji then tells Sunder to ask him about the name of his father if he is Mani Lal. Bhogi says his father Mani Lal is no more and also wonders how he knows about his father.
Sunder makes an excuse and then he decides to fix a meeting soon. Jethalal and others get angry and decide to barge into Bhogi Lal’s office. Mehta stops them and asks them to think and act logically. He tells everyone that if they attack Bhogi Lal they might end up in jail and not get their money back.
Bapu ji asks Jethalal if Bhogi Lal knows where he lives to which Jethalal says no he doesn’t. Then Bapu ji asks Sunder to call Bhogi Lal to their home and that he will crack the deal now.
They remove all of Jethalal’s photos from their home and Bapu ji asks Bhide, Jethalal and Sodhi to hide. Jethalal is now determined to get his money back from Bhogi Lal.
