The film, available on a popular streaming platform had received heartwarming reviews from critics and fans. Mail also starred Harshith Malgireddy, Mani Aegurla, Gouri Priya Reddy, Yennengee, Ravinder Bommakanti, Anusha Netha, Vannarn and Srikanth Palle in significant roles. Mail was shot by Uday Gurrala and produced by Priyanka Dutt under the banner of Swapna Cinema.
