Wednesday began on a filmy note with our bees bringing word from Hollywood about the official title of Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Matrix 4’. It was revealed that the upcoming film starring Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss in the lead has been titled ‘The Matrix: Resurrections’. While a trailer of the film also dropped at a festival, fans will have to wait a tad longer as the clip is gearing up for its online release in a couple of days.
Back in desi land, our bees got the exclusive first photos of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt officially kicking off work on their film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Although KJo has been going all out to prevent photos and videos from leaking online, our bees have their way in spilling all the tea. Our khabris tell us that KJo and company even conducted a test shoot in order to save time. Sources tell us, “The ongoing shoot, which starts from the early hours of the day, wraps up during the wee hours of the night.” A red Ferrari was also spotted on the sets, which seems to have some significance for Ranveer’s character. Is it too early to ask for the release date?
Ranveer and Alia are sure to have quite the filmy love story… but, the same could not be said for Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal. Ditching the big fat Bollywood wedding, the couple tied the knot in a low-key affair, only attended by their immediate family and friends. When asked about the same, the hunk said that there were a lot of elderly people on the guest list who had to be kept safe, especially with the pandemic still at bay.
One celeb who will not be taking the plunge any time soon is Aamir Khan’s brother Faissal Khan. In a tête-à-tête with our bees, Faissal revealed if he has plans of getting married again. “Unfortunately, I have not made enough money to afford a wife and I don’t have any girlfriend, because having one is also an expensive affair. A wife is even more expensive. Picture hit ho toh ladki dhoodna shuru karu,” he said. Don’t know about shelling out big bucks on girlfriends, but court cases are proving to be very expensive for KRK. After Salman Khan, Manoj Bajpayee became the latest Bollywood star to file a criminal defamation complaint against Kamaal Rashid Khan at a court in Indore. The actor decided to take action under IPC section 500, against KRK for his objectionable tweet about Bajpayee’s hit show ‘The Family Man 2’ that reportedly tarnished his image.
