Payasam and the dessert we could have and it is not surprising that we might have consumed some extra calories during Onam. Actress Sshivada too observed the harvest festival with pomp and she had a cheat week like any other Malayali. And the actress has now returned to her workout regime to burn away those extra calories.
Instead of hitting the gym, she practised yoga. The actress did 108 rounds of the Surya Namaskar and has shared a photo of her post-workout glow with fans.
“After a week of Onam celebration with heavy sadhya and payasam (cheat week indeed) decided to get back to my workout routine. Did 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar in 1 hour and 9 minutes. Its been more than a year since I did 108 rounds continously. Must say that there was a conflict between my body and my mind 😇😈When my body said I can’t my mind said I will. So I decided to go for it…” Sshivada said in her post.
And guess who inspired her the most? None other than the fitness enthusiast of M-Town – Unni Mukundan. Sshivada also expressed that Unni Mukundan’s workout photos gave her the inspiration to get back to her regular fitness regime.
“Must say that your work out posts are my source of inspiration @iamunnimukundan 😊,” she added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sshivada was recently filming for ‘12th Man’, an upcoming Malayalam film helmed by Jeethu Joseph, starring Mohanlal.
